04/12/13 - Internet Radio Feature TONIGHT!
Tonight I'm going to be the featured artist on the Andrew C internet radio show! You can tune in at www.andrewonthenet.com. The show starts at 9:00pm!

04/08/13 - Shows, EPs, and New Songs, Oh My
It seems appropriate to post new updates on the nicest day in I-don't-even-remember-how-long.
First, there are some new show dates in the Upcoming Shows section. I've given that area a slight face-lift so that it now has acoustic shows as well as shows with my band, Sacred Ash.
Speaking of Sacred Ash, tracking on our new EP officially wrapped up last night. We're all SUPER pumped for this release. Can't wait to share it with you all! I've copied over a video from us in the studio yesterday in the Videos section.
Lastly, but certainly not leastly, I started work on what I anticipate will be one of the final songs for my next acoustic album this past weekend. The song, titled "Full Circle", is one that I've been struggling with ideas for for a very, very long time. I'm very excited that it's finally seeing the light of day. I'm hoping to make plans for the recording of the album soon and get started on that.

03/21/13 - Springing into Action
With spring comes new life, and new music. My band, Sacred Ash, returns to Collin's Ale House in Stormville, NY this Saturday for a show with NightTrail. We're debuting a bunch of new songs, as well as a new cover.
After that, we go back into the studio during the first weekend of April to finish recording our debut EP.
I've also got a new collaborative acoustic song that I'm in the process of recording at the moment that should be out sometime in the next month.
And, of course, there is the looming prospect of recording a follow-up to Vagrant this year. I'm still in the writing phase for this album (and I have decided that it will be a full length album, as opposed to another EP). I'm hoping to reveal at least one or two of the songs over the next couple of months, as well as start playing what I have done so far out at shows.
Much to come in 2013. In the meantime, check out the new posts in the blog section and stay tuned to the Upcoming Shows section of the site for new gig announcements!

01/21/13 - Uncovered
I've posted a new song called "Uncovered" below. This one was written and recorded as a collaboration with Valorie Nichols and Steven Reilly. The song was inspired by the episode of Dr. Who titled "Vincent and the Doctor", and was a one night jam session. The entire song came together in a few hours jamming in the middle of the night.
I had an absolute blast working with these two amazing musicians, and am hoping to do quite a bit more with them in the future.

12/30/12 - Back On The Horse
After a several month hiatus, during which I relocated down to Westchester, NY, I'm glad to announce that things are back in swing. I've finished another couple of songs for the next album, have started singing in another music project (a metal band--god does it feel good to do metal again--called Sacred Ash), and am beginning to book new acoustic shows as well.
Stay tuned for new content in the next few days! I have a New Years surprise up my sleeve!

09/20/12 - A Month and a Half Gone...
It's been a month and a half since Vagrant was released. There is a new show up in the "Upcoming Shows" section (with many more to come), as well as a new Blog post.
I want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who has downloaded and supported the EP thus far. You guys are the reason I wanted to release it, and I'm glad I'm able to share my music with you!
I also want to extend a huge thank you to WEXT 97.7 (exit977.org) and Alchemy International (http://www.radionomy.com/en/radio/alchemyinternationalradio) for spinning the tunes on their stations. It's been awesome to get airplay for Vagrant, so if you have a favorite local station, be sure to get in touch with them and request they carry it!
08/08/12 - Vagrant is available NOW!..
It is my pleasure to announce that my new EP, Vagrant, is now available for free download! You can get your copy now by either clicking the image above, heading over to the music page, or coming to talk to me after a performance.
This new EP is the first of a new bunch of music to come. Think of it is a preview of sorts. I don't want to say too much yet, but even as Vagrant is hitting the internet today I have some songs written for the next release, and plans are being made.

07/27/12 - New Song Up, New Release Coming Soon!
Seems like it's been, as the previous post said, quite a while since I've updated this news page. A lot has changed in the past several months. I won't detail it all here, but skip on over to the Blog page if you want all the gorey details!
The big announcement that does, however, belong on this page is that I have a new EP due out early next month. Entitled "Vagrant", it's a collection of songs that I wrote as I was preparing to spend some time on the road.
I've posted the second track, "Firefly", as a preview to hold things over 'til the album hits. Check it out on the music page! The album artwork has also been posted in the Photo Gallery, as well as a couple of other pictures from that photo shoot.
06/06/12 - It's Been a While...
After a several month hiatus I'm glad to announce that things are once again moving along. Two new videos have been added to the Videos page. The first is a live video from the Moon & River Cafe featuring four songs. The first two songs featured in the video are Hallelujah and 'Til the End, and the second two are Adele covers performed by the acoustic duo Sonora, which consisted of myself and Claire Stiglmeier. The other video is my rendition of Cat Stevens' "Wild World".
I also have a new acoustic duo that I have been working and playing out with. Things with that act are still in the very beginning stages, but expect to hear a lot more as things progress.
Lastly, as of yet there have not been updates to the Upcoming Shows page, but keep an eye on it!
04/10/2012 - Updates Galore
So many new things all happening at once! The (A)live EP has been out for almost two weeks. If you haven't already gotten it, check out the links on the post below. In addition to that, a new show date is up in the 'Upcoming Shows' section, and work is diligently being done on other shows. Some exciting news on that front to come in the next week or two.There's also a new video up on the YouTube channel and in the 'Videos' section of the site. This one is a live recording of my song 'Our Own Path'. This particular recording was awesome because it was the first time the song was ever performed live, and features my good friend Ryan Quinn on the conga. Check it out!

This album features live takes of several songs from Compassion as well a cover of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah (in the style of Myles Kennedy).
